Can I cancel my booking, and how do I get a refund?
Yes, you can cancel your booking. To cancel, please send an email to [email protected] with your cancellation request. According to our cancellation policy, you can cancel up to 48 hours before the start of your game for a full refund. You’ll be given the choice to receive your refund either as a gift card or back to your credit card. If you need to reschedule, this can be done once, up to 24 hours before the event, free of charge.

Yes, we’ve got you covered! The first 4 hours are free, after that it’s €2.50 per additional hour. Visitors of DSTRCT can get up to 6 hours of free parking by showing proof of visit. For team events or private parties, parking is completely free with no time limit.
