Easter Draw Rules

This document outlines the legally binding terms and conditions for participation in the Easter prize draw organized by Elite Freizeitzcenter GmbH.

1. Organizer

2. Eligibility and Participation

Participation is open to individuals aged 18 or older who reside in Austria. Employees, representatives, legal successors, and agents of Elite Freizeitzcenter GmbH, as well as their relatives, are excluded from participation.

To participate, individuals must either:

• Purchase any DSTRCT activity (escape room, mini golf, bowling, arcades, shuffleboard, interactive darts) or a gift card (online or on-site), and play it within April 2025, or
• Register with a valid and verified email address (one entry per email), or
• Visit the DSTRCT location, play any activity, and receive a free secret code on-site after the game.

Participation is only considered valid once an email address has been confirmed. Multiple entries are allowed, but only one per verified email.

3. Period of the Draw

The competition starts on April 1, 2025, at 09:00 and ends on April 30, 2025, at 23:59.

4. Prizes

• 1x PlayStation 5
• 1x AirPods Max
• 100x Gift Cards
• 50x Arcade Cards
• 2x Dinner at the Restaurant vouchers

The organizer reserves the right to make reasonable and proportionate changes to the prize list or draw conditions if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. delivery issues, product availability, legal requirements). Any such changes will be communicated clearly and promptly to participants through the official DSTRCT channels.

Changes will not negatively affect the rights of participants who have already entered under the original conditions.

5. Draw and Winner Notification

The draw will be conducted at random following the end of the participation period.

Winners will be contacted via email and officially announced on May 15, 2025, through Instagram: @dstrct_austria

6. Prize Collection

Prizes must be claimed in person at:

Westfield SCS, Multiplex, Top Allee 465 + Galerie 465, 2334 Vösendorf, Austria

Collection must occur within three (3) calendar days after notification. Winners may authorize a proxy with written consent. Shipping is only possible with prior written approval. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited.

7. Exclusion Grounds

Participants will be disqualified if:

• A purchase is canceled post-entry
• DSTRCT general terms or these participation terms are violated
• Fraudulent or duplicate registrations are detected

The organizer reserves the right to reclaim or invoice a prize if disqualification grounds are identified later.

8. Data Protection

All data is used solely for managing the draw and deleted afterward. It is not shared with third parties without consent.

Participants agree to the publication of their name and city (e.g., Anna from Vienna) on DSTRCT channels. Consent can be revoked at any time in writing.

9. Liability Disclaimer

Liability for damages is excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law. No warranties apply. The organizer is not liable for third-party services or products.

10. Legal Framework

These terms are subject to Austrian law. Place of jurisdiction: Vienna. Legal recourse is excluded. No correspondence regarding the draw will be entered into.

If any provision is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A valid clause closest in meaning shall replace it. The same applies in the event of a regulatory gap.
